Riding Modes:
The GT900 offers three distinct riding modes to suit your preference and terrain:
1.Classic Bike Pedal Mode: Ride as a traditional bicycle without electric assistance.
2.Throttle Mode: Engage the thumb throttle for a fully electric experience, providing power without pedaling. Range: 18-23 miles.
3.Pedal Assist (PAS) Mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. There are 5-speed assistance levels. Range: 25-40 miles.
Shifting Gears (21-Speed Shimano):
The 21-speed Shimano transmission allows you to adapt to various terrains and inclines. Use the shifters on the handlebar to change gears smoothly. The left shifter controls the front derailleur (3 speeds), and the right shifter controls the rear derailleur (7 speeds).
Braking System (Dual Disc Brakes):
The GT900 is equipped with front and rear disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Apply both brakes simultaneously for effective and controlled deceleration. Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds or on loose surfaces.
LCD Display Functions:
The intuitive LCD display provides real-time data to keep you informed during your ride:
1.Speed: Current riding speed.
2.Battery Level: Indicates remaining battery charge.
3.Distance: Tracks trip distance.
4.Assistance Mode: Shows the current pedal assist level.
Powering On/Off and Keyless Unlock:
To power on the e-bike, use the provided card key. Simply touch the card key to the LCD display. The display will power on. To power off, touch the card key to the LCD display again.
Suspension System:
The GT900 features a dual suspension system with an adjustable and lockable front suspension fork and a high-quality rear shock absorber. This system is designed to absorb bumps and provide a smoother, more stable ride on various terrains, from city streets to rough trails.
Battery Care:
1.Charge the 36V 13Ah (468WH) lithium battery fully (5-6 hours) before first use and after each ride.
2.Do not allow the battery to fully discharge for extended periods.
3.Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
4.The battery can be disassembled and replaced, but cannot be charged separately from the bike.
5.The BMS system provides overcharge and overheating protection.
Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure regularly. The 1.95" x 26" wider tires offer versatile terrain handling, increased comfort, better traction, and enhanced stability. Maintain recommended pressure for optimal performance and safety.
Brakes: Inspect brake pads and rotors for wear. Adjust brake cables as needed to ensure responsive braking.
Chain and Drivetrain: Keep the chain clean and lubricated. Regularly check the 21-speed Shimano gears for smooth operation and adjust if shifting becomes imprecise.
Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and quick releases for tightness.
Cleaning: Clean the bike with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure washers directly on electrical components.
