We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
Note: By completing your payment, you are deemed to have accepted the following refund policy by default.

Return Process

Contact us at support@tabvelo.com and explain the reason for your return (please include photos and/or videos if available).

Receive the return address and send the item back (make sure the product is properly packaged to ensure safe transit).

Send the tracking number to support@tabvelo.com.

Receive your refund (we will process your refund within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout).

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, we recommend checking with your credit card company or bank. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution. If you still need help, feel free to contact us anytime.
Please note that we will not approve a return or refund in the following cases:

The return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

The product has been assembled or the packaging has been opened; boxes must remain sealed and unopened.

E-bikes or electric scooters that have been officially registered under the buyer’s name cannot be returned.
- Certain products marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
Please Note

If you request a return before shipment, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, please be aware that tracking numbers may take time to update. In cases where the package has already left the warehouse but the tracking hasn't updated yet, a full refund may not be possible.

If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact amount depends on the courier you choose.

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
