This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is issued by Tabvelo. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to, and separate from, any legal rights you may have as the purchaser of the product. This Warranty does not affect those legal rights.
Before your first ride, please read the manual included with each product. The manual contains important safety information, as well as instructions on assembly, usage, and maintenance.
As explained in more detail below, Tabvelo warrants that the product, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with Tabvelo’s published guidelines, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a limited period starting from the date of original retail purchase. These guidelines include but are not limited to the product's technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications. "Original retail purchase" refers to the purchase of a new product directly from Tabvelo.

Over time, squeaking or noises during riding may occur and usually indicate the need for maintenance.
